A year and a half ago I didn’t get very much sleep at all. I was miserable and tired all of the time. Then I read a study that said people who don’t get enough sleep are more prone to diabetes because their body isn’t able to properly regulate their blood sugar. That’s all I needed to hear. Now I don’t care what deadlines are pressing, I go to sleep. It’s imperative for my health.
It’s one of the best things I’ve ever done for myself and I am proud. It’s hard to do anything for me, but I did it.
