When I was in the Philippines last year I had the freshest seafood I’ve ever had. In fact, it was so good I can’t believe I haven’t talk about it yet.
On one of the early days of our trip we were treated to a seafood restaurant by the local World Vision staff. At this restaurant there was fresh fish, seaweed, oysters, clams, and many other creatures from the sea that were alive, but I didn’t know what they were. I loved being able to choose what I wanted and then the chefs cooked it up very quickly. Everything was so delicious. I ate the entire time I was in the Philippines.
Such great seafood!
